In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aa444 website at https://aa444.io and all associated pages, services, games, and betting markets accessible through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or welcome offer credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds.

Your acceptance is confirmed upon completion of the registration process, upon making your first deposit, or upon placing your first Wager — whichever occurs first.

These Terms are supplemented by the aa444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and aa444. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail.

aa444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your most recent login or wager shall govern that activity. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the aa444 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.

To access the full functionality of the aa444 Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You may hold only one Account on the aa444 Platform. Opening more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially under any name, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawal requests.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate. Any material change to your personal details (such as a change of name following a legal process, or a change of primary payment method) must be communicated to the aa444 support team at [email protected] as soon as reasonably practicable.

aa444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering standards. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform.

Documents that may be requested during the verification process include but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A document confirming your residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account details) used to make deposits to the Platform.
• Any additional documentation that aa444 reasonably deems necessary to satisfy its verification obligations.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure. aa444 will not be liable for any funds held in an unverified account that is subsequently closed for non-compliance.

All deposits to your aa444 Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the deposit section of your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Any applicable limits will be displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Account balance instantly upon confirmed transaction completion. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, subject to the issuing bank's processing times.

• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• aa444 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• aa444 reserves the right to request verification of a deposit method before crediting funds in cases where fraud is suspected.
• Chargeback requests submitted to a payment provider without first contacting aa444 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard, subject to your Account having completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 5. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Where this is not technically feasible, aa444 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. aa444 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 4 hours of request approval; verified accounts may receive funds within 60 minutes.
• Visa and Mastercard: 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

aa444 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. All sports betting activity on aa444 is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of placing a Wager:

• Wagers are binding once confirmed on the Platform. Players should review all selections carefully before confirming a bet slip.
• In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, aa444's rules for that specific sport and market type will govern settlement. In most cases, postponed matches are voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within a specified period.
• aa444 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were published in error, subject to providing reasonable evidence that the odds were manifestly incorrect.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market. The applicable limits are displayed in the betting interface and vary by sport and market type.
• Any Wager placed on a market in which the outcome was known at the time of placing the bet (whether through access to non-public information or platform error) will be voided and the stake returned or forfeited at aa444's discretion depending on the circumstances.
• aa444 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account where irregular wagering patterns are detected, without prejudice to the account's right to withdraw any existing real-money Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aa444 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account in your name.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or harvest data from the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void.

aa444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider against aa444.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the player themselves through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aa444 reserves the right to withhold any Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is present, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.
